Return Process

Notify our team within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and any relevant photos of the product.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the items in their original protective cardboard transit packaging to prevent breakage during the return journey.
- 3.Arrange Collection
We will schedule a specialized courier to collect the parcel from your address at a time that is convenient for you.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our cellar team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 5 business days.
